I have been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist here in Connecticut for over 24 years! I  have trained in a variety of techniques and modalities to soften tight, stressed tissues, and enhance relaxation and well being. I have dedicated my career to helping clients achieve their wellness goals through the power of massage. I take pride in providing personalized and effective sessions that address individual needs. I am committed to staying up to date with new modalities and techniques, ensuring each client receives the highest quality care. In the past few years I have had the privilege  to train in Mayan (Arvigo) abdominal massage, facial rejuvenation, and Craniosacral therapy. My newest offering is Buccal massage.
