I am  trained in a variety of techniques and modalities to soften tight, stressed tissues, and enhance relaxation and well being.  
I have been blessed with a 24 year career as a licensed massage therapist. Meeting some amazing clients throughout my career.  I consider it a gift to be able to offer a therapeutic setting for others to come and practice self care.  Each massage/session is customized to meet the clients needs. When I a not working doing massage and facial rejuvenation, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 sons and 2 dogs.
